Malibu Boats Power wedge actuator. OEM replacement actuator for all Malibu Boats equipped with a power wedge from 2006-2014. This is the only power wedge actuator available and will replace all previous versions. In very rare occurrences if you have the older 3 lobe actuators (2006-2011) you will need to replace the wedge control box with a newer one. See below for more details.

- It is recommended to replace BOTH actuators at the same time. If one is damaged, the other one is most likely damaged as well or on its way out and can damage the new actuator.
- SOLD INDIVIDUALLY. Qty 1 Equals 1 Actuator. The Power Wedge System Uses 2 Total.
- PLEASE NOTE! We have had multiple customers install 5 lobe actuators on an older 3 lobe system and have not had any issues with functionality. Some have had issues with the wedge gauge display not showing accurate anymore but the wedge will still function. The politically correct answer is Malibu wants both the actuators and control box replaced if updating from 3 lobes to 5 lobe actuators.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
