DESCRIPTION
The ES-6108 from Baileigh Industrial is the little brother of the ES-9138 oscillating edge sander. Many of the same features were carried over making this one of the best values on the market. A 220 volt single phase 2HP motor powers the belt and runs a large gearbox to provide the oscillating action. At 24 oscillations per minute the ES-6108 allows you to use the entire belt face to lengthen belt life. It features a large 6” wide belt that is 108” long and has a quick change system.
To extend belt life the ES-6108 has a sturdy platen is cast iron and is covered with graphite for production sanding. Using graphite offers great support and cooler running temps to extend belt life. The table on the ES-6108 is 36” x 12”, one of the largest in its class. It also tilts negative 5° and to positive 45°. The whole head will tilt to run horizontal or vertical as well and the radii can be shaded on the end of the ES-6108 as well. An integrated stand and dual 4” dust collection ports are also included. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
