Maxxon EZ Crete Underlayment 50 lb. Bag Pallet

It is used to pour crack-resistant, fire-resistant, and sound-insulating floors and is ideal over veneer and non-veneer wood subfloor panels, precast concrete, and cast-in-place concrete. With proper preparation, EZ Crete Floor Underlayment can accept virtually any type of flooring material.

EZ-Crete Features

• For Gypsum replacement: First, remove a section of de-bonded gypsum underlayment down to the wood subfloor.
• Water should be added to the mixing container first, then mix in the powder
• TOOLS NEEDED: Mixing Drum (15 gallons), 1-gallon measuring tool, high-speed mixing drill (850 rpm), Jiffy (preferred) or egg-beater mixing paddle, gauge rake, smoother/spreader, nonmetallic cleated shoes
• All subfloors must be structurally sound, broom-cleaned, and contaminant free
• All subfloors must be dry and at least 50 °F (10 °C).
• Temperatures must be maintained within this range for at least 72 hours.
• Apply enough material to adequately fill the existing underlayment height, with a minimum of 3" (19 mm) of material.
• Dry time guidelines: 3/4"- 5-7 days, 1-1/2"- 10-14 days
