This Surface Scarifier also known as a concrete planer, is a surface preparation tool designed for use on all concrete and asphalt surfaces. With a 200mm scarifying path, it can roughen or smooth concrete surfaces, and enabling fast removal of thicker difficult film of a coating such as epoxy to achieve successful bonding between the surface and binding material.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
