Spiral Cutterhead Kit includes:

* High tensile strength alloy steel cutter block.

* 40 carbide inserts are installed.

* 5 extra carbide inserts & 5 extra screws free as spare parts.

* 1 Wrench

This is the OEM-size cutterhead. The carbide knives are removed after the dynamic balance is completed and boxed separately. After the cutter block is placed into the planer, install the 40 carbide knives to the cutter block. The picture is how the whole assembly looks like, not the status that it's to be delivered to you.

Follow the following steps when you install knives.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
