These tube dies made from 1018 billet steel are designed to be used on the range of Baileigh Industrial Rotary Draw Tube Benders such as the Hydraulic , RDB-150 and RDB-175 and the Computer Controlled , RDB-325 and RDB-480
Colored blue to designate them for tube use, they are easy to identify in large collections of mixed dies.
All dies feature replaceable / consumable counter die inserts for the counter die block to ensure long service life, welded / bolted open side hook arm to ease tube insertion and removal.
Dies can be optionally specified in hardened 4140 billet for those needing to bend heavy wall tubing and stainless steel tube in production environments and metric sizing is available upon request.
Available in sizes from 3/4in to 2in.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
