★ Acrylic bending machine: It is a device that can soften and bend acrylic, organic panels, PVC and other materials and various other thermoplastic materials into shapes by heating. It is widely used.
★ Far-infrared quartz tube heating: service life: 5000 hours. The temperature can reach up to 600°, and it can be hot-bent and formed quickly. Generally, it is <5mm plate. It is recommended to adjust the temperature controller value to the maximum for fast heating speed.
★ Angle positioning piece: Adjust the angle between the baffle and the back of the machine according to your needs. The angle can be adjusted to a maximum of 160°. During batch production, each acrylic plate can be bent at the same angle.
★ Bending capacity: Maximum bending width: 650mm; Heating thickness: 0.04" - 0.39"; Heating area: 0.39" X 27", Heating gap 0-20mm adjustable.
★ Widely used: used in school technological innovation courses, decoration projects, square column or corner packaging, fish tanks, window edges, display counters, supermarket shelves, advertising light boxes, art production, etc.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
